We are looking for Pastoral Support Worker at Maiden Erlegh School to be responsible for raising attainment for all students in the relevant Key Stage and to contribute to whole school improvement by providing support to teaching Heads of Year, working closely with the pastoral and inclusion teams.
The successful applicant will enjoy working with 11-18-year-olds. You must be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of team. You will share our inclusive values which are to Aim high – Be inclusive – Work together; and you will have a willingness to develop your own practice in line with our ethos of continuous improvement.
