We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Nursery Managers to join our expanding team across multiple locations in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated professionals ready to lead high-quality early years provision and make a real impact in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and all safeguarding requirements.
2. Provide strong, supportive leadership to staff, promoting continuous professional development.
3. Oversee curriculum planning and implementation to meet the individual needs of children.
4. Build and maintain strong partnerships with parents, carers, and external professionals.
5. Monitor quality standards, health & safety, and risk management across the setting.
6. Lead on Ofsted preparation and inspections.
7. Manage occupancy levels, staffing schedules, and financial performance.
Requirements
1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (Level 5 or higher preferred).
2. Proven experience in a leadership or management role within an early years setting.
3. In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted standards.
4. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
5. A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for early childhood development.
6. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
