Salary: £12.75 - £19.12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Carer, you will be providing essential support to our elderly clients with the following duties:
* Personal Care: Assist with showering, dressing, and grooming; Help with mobility and personal hygiene needs; Support with medication reminders and administration as needed.
* Daily Living Support: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the individual’s needs; Perform light housework duties, such as cleaning, tidying, and laundry; Assist with shopping and errands to maintain independence; Provide companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
* Health and Safety: Ensure the client’s home is safe and free of hazards; Assist with mobility aids, ensuring safe movement within the home; Monitor the client's well-being and report any concerns to senior staff or family members.
* General Support: Offer transport and accompany clients to appointments or activities when needed; Build a positive relationship with clients to foster trust and confidence; Ensure all necessary documentation is completed as required by CQC and Social Services.
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).
* Ability to work a 5-day week rota, including every other weekend.
* Compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy with a passion for helping others.
* English language skills to communicate clearly with clients and the team.
* Previous care experience is a plus but not essential; full training is provided.
