Manager internal technical queries dialled in over the phone from your multi skilled service engineer team in London.
What you’ll do
* Help solve all field service engineer questions over the telephone.
* Questions will relate to electrical or mechanical BMU queries .
* Looking for an experience engineer who can use the phone help solve technical queries Help solve engineering solutions with your vast electrical and mechanical knowledge and experience over the telephone to-functional team of Engineers, communication and solve field service engineers over the phone .
* Support the team with their development and career aspirations, maintaining and environment where engineers can do their best work every day, and enjoy what they do
* Obsess over service; fix problems permanently; take pride in delivering maintainable service.
What we’re looking for
* You’ll have demonstrable experience in leading, challenging, and supporting engineering and/or service teams to achieve business goals.
* You’ll have an empathy and understanding of the challenges that engineers face
* You’re comfortable in reaching technical trade-offs between short-term team and long-term business needs.
* You'll demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively, work together across engineering and operational teams, and build a network of internal and external stakeholders that you can use effectively to get things done.
