Are you an organised, methodical nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change? At Impression, you can build a fast-moving nursing career whilst helping our residents fulfil their lives. This is a great opportunity for a passionate and hands-on nurse to join the home as a clinical deputy manager.
The ideal individual will be a personable and hands-on nurse who is passionate about delivering best practice and is looking to join a hardworking and friendly team.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting and deputising for the Home Manager, you will provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care.
* You will be the home's nurse expert, and your role will be a combination of utilising your nursing skills as well as your managerial and leadership skills.
* You will focus on residents with complex needs, so it’s vital that you can conform with the latest guidelines, take far-reaching decisions, and maintain the highest levels of clinical governance, whilst regularly auditing practices and procedures.
* Care plan development and assessments, walk rounds, and looking after all our residents alongside the team to offer personalised centred care.
* We aim to be innovative in everything we do and are always looking for new ideas to bring into the home.
Our home provides long-term neurological care and rehabilitation services for up to 18 months. Our friendly, dedicated team ensures that each resident feels settled and that their loved ones feel welcome at all times. We support everyone to carry on doing the things that are important to them with a multidisciplinary team approach so that they can stay as active and independent as possible.
As an NMC Registered Nurse, you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools.
Company Overview
Impression Health and Support UK Ltd is a local organisation. Impression purchased St Cyrils in January 2020, and as we specialise in Neurological Care, we aim to turn the service around and get it back to where it deserves to be.
St Cyrils is a beautiful service tucked away at the rear of the Countess of Chester Health Park. The service is on the border of a country park, which is lovely for our clients and their families to access. We have a fully refurbished hydrotherapy pool on site, which is amazing for our clients to have access to during their rehabilitation.
At St Cyril’s, we are recruiting nurses who are committed to delivering effective services, solutions, and bespoke packages working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team (Neuro Rehab Consultants, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Occupational Therapists) to meet the needs of our patients and aim to re-able them towards their individual goal of optimum independence.
We are looking to recruit new staff to join our already brilliant team as we continue to grow. We have a 24-bed service.
