We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property & Facilities Account Manager to join our clients Property Management team. This role will be responsible for delivery of property management compliance services and client relationship management, retention and development. Hybrid working is on offer - up to 4 days a week WFH The Account Manager will deliver a support advice service offering customers property advice guidance and services in areas such as maintenance obligations, statutory inspections, health and safety requirements and capital projects, on a portfolio of properties across a specific client base. Requirements: Knowledge and experience in facilities/building management or a facilities management company is essential Construction experience is desirable Understanding electrical or mechanical elements/qualification in M&E would be highly desirable Driving license Main responsibilities for the Account Manager: To provide the primary client interface for property services, including maintenance requirements, advice on project feasibility. Compliance Audits - To carry out and upload annual Compliance Audits on site to ensure that the sites are meeting the regulations. To carry out, amend and upload Asbestos Reviews to ensure that the buildings are compliant with Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. To carry out, amend and upload annual Condition Reviews to ensure that the building deterioration is captured for Premises and Capital work budgeting Act as a client focal point for a portfolio of properties for all property matters. Proactively providing advice to meet the needs of clients, comply with legislative requirements and professional standards of best practice and safeguard the long-term value of assets. This management function will include attending pre-arranged meetings with clients and their representative as requested. Contribute to the development and improvement of guidelines and procedures to meet legal and technical requirements in relation to operational buildings. To capture design specification mandates.
