Were looking for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Acting as the vital link between our Sales, Projects, and Production Teams, youll be responsible for ensuring seamless communication, efficient project tracking, and resource coordination. The Role As a Project Coordinator, youll oversee multiple construction projects, ensuring they run smoothly from planning to completion. Youll manage schedules, track milestones, liaise with stakeholders, and support the operational team to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Work with Project Managers to develop and track project plans, ensuring alignment across teams. Resource Management: Assist in personnel allocation and ensure materials and equipment are available as required. Communication & Coordination: Act as the key point of contact for project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Risk Management: Identify and escalate project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place. Quality Assurance: Support installation managers in maintaining compliance with industry and client standards. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, including project trackers, RAMS, snagging reports, and key performance metrics. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns proactively.
