Are you an experienced Lead Facilities Assistant looking for new opportunities? Randstad Construction, Property and Engineering are recruiting a Lead Supervisor who are looking to work for one of the regions leading facilities management organisations, on a temporary ongoing contract. This position could be made permanent for the right candidate. The role is based in Edinburgh
This role would be a temporary assignment for a minimum of 6 months : with the possibility of being extended

* Monday : Friday
* 08:00 : 16:30
* GBP15.00 : GBP16.81
Duties
* Completing regular site walkarounds to ensure an enhanced customer experience at all times, including responsibility for ensuring that cleaning standards are maintained, including manging relationship with cleaning contractors.
* Have total ownership of all spaces including meeting rooms, events, collaboration, and workspaces
* Ensure that Executive meeting arrangements, board days and staff training sessions are supported with room
* requirements, hospitality and room set up
* Maintain relationships with vendors/ stakeholders/ customers that provide services and goods to the office.
* Provide cover for Reception as required, including absence and lunches.
* Provision of refreshments for events and meetings
* Administer the booking system for conference rooms and workrooms, following current guidelines
* Dealing with any queries raised and liasing with staff to get it resolved in a timely manner
* To manage the centralized stationery stores, including printer paper, and to maintain the additional stationery
Experience
* Good IT skills
* Excellent communication skills and personal approach/ attitude
