Job Description
The Divisional Engineering Project Manager- EU will report to the Divisional Operations Director, forming a key part of the leadership team. They will be responsible for delivering the division's projects on time and within budget. They will:
* Manage all divisional operations projects ensuring timely delivery and quality results
* Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency
* Ensure clarity on project scope, costs, timing, quality & deliverables
* Lead & coach our division in project management principles, project delivery, and change management
* Work closely with Group PMO and implement solutions
* Establish and monitor project budgets and timelines
* Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and company standards
* Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
* Report progress and results to senior stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The successful Divisional Engineering Project Manager- EU will possess a range of the following:
* Proven experience in managing complex multi-site project portfolios or large-scale transformation projects within a manufacturing environment
* A strong engineering background
* Clear understanding of business P&L/ Working Capital/ Balance sheet
* Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodology
* Strong leadership acumen with the ability to engage staff across all levels, in all functions of the business
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* The ability to travel approx 50% of the time
