CSS Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a Plant Administrator to join one of our clients teams on a permanent basis located in Norwich, Norfolk.
Responsibilities
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate data in all systems, including contract hire records, charges and asset data
* Provide strong administrative support to the plant and transport division as needed
* Process hire requests (on and off hire) and create hire contracts in the plant management system
* Communicate effectively with internal and external customers regarding availability
* Add new plant and vehicle assets to the plant management system and ensure asset lists are always current
* Generate purchase orders for the plant department and assist with the goods receiving process
* Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant department by identifying and implementing improved administrative processes and procedures
Requirements
* Experience in a similar administrative or support role, utilising systems to manage data
* Experience within a plant / equipment hire environment is desirable
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
