Ensure contracted services are provided in compliance with contract requirements. Source completed job information / job packs from responding service centres/depots and subcontractors. Update CRM database daily an ensure the CS teams job are not lapsed and dates in the future, along with right activities logged. Weekly reporting against open opportunities in CS team and submit report to depot managers to update. Create purchase orders as required for subcontractors and suppliers to support group services. Client portal management and updating accordingly. Any other tasks assigned by supervision for which the postholder is qualified and experienced to undertake. Chase clients for purchase ordered. More about you: Excellent IT skills using all Microsoft applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word. Sales skills. Commercially aware. Experience of aftersales and upselling products and/or services. Ability to navigate databases including bespoke software. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly communicate information in a written format. Ability to use initiative essential proactive approach. Clean UK driving licence. Right to work in the UK is essential.
