About The Role
We are looking for Support Workers who care about making every moment matter for the people we support, regardless of qualifications or experience.
Position: Support Worker/Carers
Location: Falkirk - FK1 & FK5
Hours: Full-time (x3 12-hour shifts on week 1, x4 12-hour shifts on week 2. You would rotate these shifts)
Job type: Permanent, up to 48-hour contracts available.

* Be adaptable and flexible with excellent communication skills, and able to work as part of our team.
* Experience with challenging behavior and/or learning disabilities is preferred, but all training will be provided.
* This role is based in a rural area outside Slamannan; a driver's license and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
The role
* Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower individuals to achieve their goals, respecting their individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices.
* Promote health, well-being, and cultural and spiritual beliefs in an inclusive manner.
* Facilitate social, educational, or work activities, including visiting family and friends, walks, shopping, and recreational activities.
* Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks, and possibly personal care.
* Complete a range of records and documentation as part of your duties.
