Bus Engineer\nShorterm Group are currently representing a client who are looking for a Bus Engineer to join their busy depots on a full-time employed basis.\n\nAs a Bus Engineer, the role will entail:\n* Mechanical and electrical repair, preventative maintenance and modification of vehicles.\n* Undertaking diagnostic analysis where appropriate.\n* Working as part of a team to maintain and build employee relations to ensure the workshop operation achieves its objectives.\n* Correctly fault diagnosing to ensure parts are fitted correctly.\n* Dealing professionally and proficiently with all enquiries and completing job cards and service sheets in a timely manner.\n* Responsibility for the safety of the working environment and all colleagues/persons within it.\n\nThe Bus Engineer will have:\n\n* A safety conscious and committed to a right first-time ethos.\n* Enthusiasm, with the ability to work on your own initiative, remaining focused and consistent and a 'can do' attitude.\n* Good team work ethic, with the ability to get on with colleagues.\n* Commercial awareness and has a good understanding and experience of a busy workshop operating environment.\n* A PSV/Bus licence preferred & knowledge of related compliance.\n\nWorking hours:\nRotating shift pattern:\n* Earlies - 6am - 2:00pm\n* Lates - 2pm - 10:00pm\n\nIf you or anyone you know is interested, please apply online.
