About the role
Support the Global Process Owner in driving the global process template and transformation roadmap and challenge current processes or deviations from global process for their specific area of accountability. Owning and defining subprocess improvements and strategy.
Your responsibilities
1. Own the Service Catalogue and maintenance of the High-Level Shared Service Process documentation, updating and optimising to ensure alignment with SOPs and control frameworks for their area of accountability.
2. Own the resolution and standardisation of market variations to standard process, aligning and influencing key stakeholders.
3. Maintain up-to-date process maps and controls alignment, policies, guidelines, procedures and training materials.
4. Own technology requirements definition and ensure process is appropriately reflected in Reckitt technology landscape for area of accountability.
5. Lead process change and be able to effectively communicate change.
6. Monitor process adoption & compliance in close collaboration with Service Delivery.
The experience we're looking for
1. Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of End-to-End tower process.
2. 5+ years’ experience of working in a complex, Matrix organisation with a global scope. FMCG experience desirable but not essential.
3. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA is preferred.
4. Experience of designing and developing process maps and activity documents.
5. Process improvement experience with CI and Lean 6 Sigma qualifications desirable.
6. Demonstrable ability to engage and manage different level stakeholders and multicultural audiences through superior communication and presentation skills.
