Broadway Vets have an exicting opportunity for an experienced Client Care Adminsitartor to join their team accross 3 branches on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This role gives you the opportunity to enhance your skills in a veterinary practice. The Client Care A dministrator’ s role is key to the team’s ability to succeed. They will be working alongside a clinical team including vets and nurses at their dedicated sites, all aiming towards providing the highest standards of care while, maximising convenience, reducing customer effort and bond clients to Broadway. Role and Responsibilities Perform the expected duties of a Client Care A dministrator as well as lead by example, taking a proactive approach to reception management and outstanding client care. Processing new client registrations, ensuring all new clients receive welcome information Managing the practice email account s Insurance claim handling & processing Monitoring the receipt of external laboratory results & notifying the case vet Day 1-14 debt management processes Daily prescription box checks & rotation Reception stock rotation and top ups Leaflet ordering Managing reception poster displays Reception cleaning rota tasks as necessary Ensuring reception and the waiting room is well maintained and clean Sympathy card log – recording and sending. Continuously reflect on the client journey at each site. Liaise with other staff to ensure customer journey is optimised with continual re-evaluation to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients. Your weekly working hours will be 40h per week Tuesday - Friday (8am-7pm) with 1:4 weekends (8am-6pm). Braches are based in Heswall, Bebington and Wallasey.
