About the Role:
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our large security team across five West London locations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Scheduling: Coordinating Security Officers to ensure optimal coverage.
2. Office Management: Ordering equipment and uniforms to maintain operational efficiency.
3. Recruitment Support: Assisting in the recruitment and screening processes for our security team.
4. Team Management: Overseeing holiday, sickness, and training procedures.
5. Administrative Support: Providing general assistance to ensure smooth operations.
6. Communication: Engaging with Security Officers to deliver prompt, professional, and efficient service.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to BS 7499 / 7858 regulatory requirements.
8. Scheduling Management: Planning for forward scheduling and reacting to short-notice cover requests.
9. Workplace Safety: Assisting in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
10. Financial Assistance: Managing monthly reconciliations.
11. System Management: Utilising Timegate.
We are looking for someone who is:
1. Experienced in office administration with strong scheduling skills.
2. A proactive communicator who engages effectively with team members and sites.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
4. Methodical and thorough, with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage time efficiently.
5. Capable of maintaining clear and concise written communication, including report writing.
6. Skilled in data management and input, ensuring that all customer support requests are handled promptly.
