We are seeking a highly professional and personable Demi Chef de Partie to join our team at Brasserie Constance, a British brasserie with Michelin Star Chef Adam Byatt at the helm. Taking influence from Constance Spry, our namesake, a pioneering figure in the early 20th century and creator of coronation chicken.
About the Role: As Demi Chef de Partie, you will assist in running a designated kitchen section, supporting the Chef de Partie in consistently delivering dishes of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing your designated kitchen section, ensuring all dishes meet our high standards.
* Ensure all preparation is completed efficiently and to the highest standard before every service.
* Support with monitoring stock levels, controlling waste, and maintaining food quality.
* Maintain excellent cleanliness and organisation within your section, including fridge management.
* Assist the Head Chef, Sous Chefs, and Chef de Partie in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
* Follow all sanitation, health, and safety regulations.
* Demonstrate a positive and proactive attitude, supporting junior team members where needed.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a high-quality kitchen environment.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
* A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for exceptional food.
