To support the day-to-day operation of a licensed gaming venue. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, keeping the venue clean and tidy, and carrying out any minor repairs across the machines while reporting more serious issues. Handling customer concerns and ensuring compliance with legal requirements by challenging anyone under 25. Responsible for cash handling and daily floats, as well as offering customers promotions.
This role will support the MSA engineer in maintaining standards, driving sales, and covering holidays.

1. Attend meetings as required.
2. Participate in periodic business review meetings (1:1) with the Service Supervisor.
