We are currently looking to hire a Sales Developer/Expert to join our Aerospace and Defence team on a permanent basis. This role requires travel and work in a hybrid mode, and when required, to be on site.
Role Overview:
* Min 2 years of experience in Aerospace Industry – UK market.
* Demonstrable experience in leading and performing business development activities.
* Experience working autonomously, being result-oriented, having an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and natural leadership is crucial.
* Any experience or exposure to Aerospace in the UK market will be an added advantage.
* Develop customer relationships & build long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with Technical Operations to deliver client-aligned proposals.
* Coordinate with Talent Acquisition for resource allocation and mobilisation.
* Able to work in a complex matrix organization – collaborative approach.
* Ability to work with partner companies.
* Ready to travel to meet customers.
* Engineering or business graduate with sufficient knowledge in information technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
* Understand clients' business goals, needs, and challenges.
* Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and issues.
* Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and offer support.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
* Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored campaigns and promotional activities.
* Coordinate with customer support and operations teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth service delivery.
* Provide feedback and input to product development teams based on client needs and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in a similar client-facing role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
