Overall Purpose of the Role
The Inbound Hire and Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing all inbound sales enquiries and ensuring effective follow-up to maximise conversion rates. This individual will act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, webforms and other channels coordinating responses and nurturing through the sales pipeline. Additionally, they will support the Sales Manager by handling administrative tasks and ensuring CRM data accuracy.

TRAINING:
Training will be provided, in specialist areas of Hire and Sales and product knowledge.
Any Training Needs identified by the candidate / business will be fully supported.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday
Normal hours of work 08:30 -16:30.
WORKS EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in a hire and sales, customer service, or coordination role is essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.
Basic understanding / experience of the construction, scaffolding, or related industries is a plus but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
