You will manage your caseload with supervision, deliver high-quality assessments and support plans for vulnerable people, and commission individual care packages. Your responsibilities include preparing court representations, participating in safeguarding investigations, and negotiating personalized care arrangements. You will work collaboratively within multi-agency environments, uphold current practice standards, and engage in professional learning and development.
