Sopra Steria's Aerospace, Defence, and Security division provides digital transformation, IT modernisation, and cybersecurity solutions to support critical operations in highly regulated industries. We are looking for a P&L Lead to support ongoing customer commitments and drive the growth of key accounts. The role will focus on enhancing relationships and identifying new opportunities to ensure continued success and expansion of a successful account. This is hybrid role with travel to customer sites across the UK. What you will be doing: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted partner to ensure satisfaction and long term collaboration. Building trust and credibility, delivering on commitments, and showcasing a deep understanding of customer needs. Identify growth opportunities within accounts by understanding customer goals, introducing relevant solutions, and aligning with their strategic vision. Drive account retention, proactive issue resolution, and ensuring continued alignment with client expectations. Strategically manage the pipeline by identifying, prioritising, and securing new business opportunities to expand the account's value. Deliver strong financial performance by consistently meeting revenue, profitability, and growth targets for each account under your ownership. What you will bring: Previous P&L experience. Track record in building, developing, and nurturing trusted relationships with key customers. An understanding of the Defence sector, including its challenges, processes, and procurement cycles. Experience in the delivery of digital transformation projects, demonstrating the ability to translate customer needs into tangible outcomes. Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer success with organisational goals, ensuring long term account growth and retention.
