We are now looking for a People Partner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a People Partner, you will provide strategic and operational HR support to enhance the employee experience and workplace culture in our South and South West clinics. Working closely with clinic leadership and employees, you will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR strategies with business goals while ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
You will use your expertise to help facilitate a positive working environment where staff members feel supported and engaged, bringing emotional intelligence to every interaction, enabling you to build strong relationships.
About You
1. Proven HR experience in a strategic and operational role, with a strong focus on enhancing the employee experience
2. High levels of emotional intelligence, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and navigate complex workplace dynamics
3. A strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
4. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
5. A proactive, solution-focused approach and a genuine passion for creating positive employee experiences
