Regional Product Trainer Haleon Full Time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2025 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum up to 20% bonus company car Location: South London and surrounding areas, including Crawley, Slough, Dartford, Woking, Croydon, Guildford, and more (with flexibility to work from home approx. 1/2 day per week) About the Role Haleon is seeking a dynamic Regional Product Trainer to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering impactful training programs to pharmacy teams, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively promote Haleon's over-the-counter (OTC) products. You’ll use your training expertise and relationship-building abilities to help drive brand advocacy, product knowledge, and ultimately, sales. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging product training to pharmacy staff across the region, enhancing their knowledge and advocacy for Haleon OTC brands. Build strong relationships with pharmacy teams to drive brand recommendations and support sales growth. Represent Haleon at industry events, exhibitions, and PR initiatives, helping to promote the brand and achieve business objectives. Identify partnership opportunities within key customer sectors to further strengthen Haleon’s market presence. Collaborate closely with local sales teams to ensure smooth implementation of training and support in-store execution. Provide accurate and detailed reports of training sessions, customer feedback, and sales progress through internal systems. What We’re Looking For Previous field-based experience in training, sales, or a related role, preferably within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or retail environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train diverse audiences effectively, both in-person and remotely. Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. A full UK manual driving license and the ability to travel across the designated region. Pharmacy experience is a plus, but not essential; a passion for education and product promotion is key.
