The Role
This role would be ideal for someone who possesses a desire to help people achieve and can communicate efficiently, this is a key aspect of the role as you must be able to confidently communicate with learners and colleagues. In addition to this, you will be required to utilise teams as a form of communication. Therefore, the candidate must have good IT experience and be able to access and utilise IT platforms and be comfortable assisting with any IT difficulties that may arise during examinations.
Your duties will include but will not be limited to:
Preparation for all internal examinations, including setting up examination room, equipment, exam papers and invigilation documentation.
Assisting candidates prior to start of the examinations by taking identification, directing them to their seats, and discussing the examination processes and requirements from the candidates.
Conducting invigilation while adhering to strict procedures from the awarding body(s) and Mantra Learning.
Supervising all candidates throughout the examinations.
Responding to any examination issues and candidate queries, including IT related issues.
essential Qualifications and Experience
At least 5 GCSEs including Maths, English A-C or equivalent.
Proficient ICT skills.
An understanding of how to utilise Microsoft teams; to support students virtually and to be able to access any required training.
A good level of communication skills required, including verbal and written communication.
