White Horse Employment are proud to be working with a highly regarded and prestigious establishment based in the East of Wiltshire to aid their search for a Purchase Ledger Assistant. This establishment has gained a great reputation across Wiltshire and has become leaders within their area.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end Accounts Payable from setting up new suppliers all the way through to processing the weekly payment runs, as well as assisting in the month-end process. On top of this, you will also have exposure to the wider finance team.
A day-to-day could include:
1. Processing supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Processing the weekly payment runs.
3. Completing regular supplier statement reconciliations.
4. Dealing with any queries from suppliers.
5. Reviewing the aged payables ledger.
6. Assisting the wider finance team where required.
We are looking for someone with experience in Accounts Payable who is comfortable working within a fast-paced environment.
