Description Project Manager Location: Bristol, Hybrid In this position, you’ll be based in the Bristol office for a minimum of three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home for some of your working week. This role has in-office operational requirements and so we’re unable to consider employees who wish to continue an existing, fully remote working arrangement. A role you will love This is a full end to end project management role, responsible for ensuring all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Strategic Portfolio, you will collaborate with sales, solutions, and implementation teams to coordinate and oversee all aspects of project management. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while meeting both internal and external customer expectations. Projects tend to be fast-paced working with the Head of Transformation & Strategic Portfolio, sales, solutions and implementation teams requiring strong relationship management with customers and multiple internal teams, including senior stakeholders. Key roles and responsibilities, include, but are not limited to; Managing the day to day project activity, including defining scope, providing guidance and monitor progress considering time and budget. Regularly update stakeholders on project status ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project status reports, risk logs, change orders, and financial summaries; ensure accurate record-keeping throughout the project lifecycle. Support & coordinate delivery across teams, acting as the primary contact Coordinate client meetings & calls What will you bring to the role? We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager that holds previous experience of delivering projects across IT, Tech & Development, and it would be advantageous to hold a PM related qualification - PRINCE/Agile/APM. You’ll have a proactive & resilient approach, able to deliver under pressure, forward planning, balancing priorities, and co-ordinating multiple tasks whilst being able to be flexible across requirements to ensure priorities and SLA’s are met. Support the successful implementation of global strategic transformation projects (Stardust & Voyager) within CCS UK. Collaborate closely with Computershare global teams and CCS UK departments. Good presentation & literacy skills will allow you to successfully communicate across all levels of the business, paired with strong stakeholder engagement, to ensure projects move though the project lifecycle to completion successfully.
