We are currently working with a long-standing client of ours to support with a brand new Sales Consultant to join their team due rapid expansion. From placing a large number of candidates over recent years, they have a hugely supportive working environment where all individuals have the opportunity to grow as the business continues to grow as a key global player in the industry. They have a large customer base all over the UK and this role will suit an individual who enjoys relationship building and upselling to consistently provide an outstanding level of service. In return, they offer a very achievable commission structure for you to earn excellent bonuses as you continue to grow. This role is Monday – Friday and is office based with the working hours of 8:30am – 5pm.
Job description
* Responsible for building relationships with a large customer base all over the UK.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services, aligning with customer needs and objectives.
* Pro-actively promote new products, support the customer’s needs and requirements, ensuring sales are made to exceed targets where possible.
* Process sales orders efficiently with good attention to detail being applied and use the SAGE software system appropriately.
* Prepare regular reports on account status, customer feedback, and performance metrics for internal review.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
