The Specialty Administrator will provide a competent administrative service and will be required to have a robust knowledge of the outsourcing process. The post holder will ensure the efficient delivery of administration tasks.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Specialty Coordinator and the wider clerical team within the service, as well as deputising for the Specialty Coordinator as needed. You will contribute to the provision of an effective secretarial service, providing comprehensive organisational and secretarial support to the consultants and team, and communicating with external healthcare services. This includes typing clinical and general correspondence and dealing with telephone enquiries.
