Job Title: Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Burton Latimer
Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: £13.52/hour
Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Helpdesk Support:
o Answer helpdesk calls, providing updates and information to the team and client.
o Respond to email requests and updates efficiently.
o Log, process, and close jobs on Mainsaver and Vixen systems within set timeframes.
o Serve as the central source of accurate information for job completion and performance reporting.
2. Reporting & Monitoring:
o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on planned and reactive job performance.
o Actively monitor and chase work orders to ensure timely completion and adherence to SLAs.
o Identify and escalate potential SLA risks to prevent failures.
3. Client and Team Support:
o Provide timely responses to client queries and updates on job progress.
o Coordinate with Operational Managers to plan and assign Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks.
4. Procurement and Document Management:
o Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor needs to meet deadlines.
o Receive and save subcontractor service reports in shared locations.
5. General Administration:
o Undertake additional administrative tasks to support the account's success.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience:
* Previous experience in a helpdesk or fast-paced administrative role.
* Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, and using CMMS systems (desirable).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Skills:
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong customer service orientation and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Analytical thinking and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
