Job Summary
As a Customer Success Manager at Skill Dynamics, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
* A strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
