As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will support classroom teachers, deliver lessons, and contribute to the overall learning and development of students. Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons under the guidance of the class teacher, provide targeted support to individual students or small groups with special educational needs. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development. Across our network of Alternative learning provisions, Therapy Centre and Children’s homes, our dedicated and experienced school staff work in collaboration with specialist teams of professionals to enable every young person to explore and develop their own unique talents.
