Customer Success Developer - Guildford - 30k to 40k
Avanti Recruitment is currently partnering with a key client, right in the centre of Guildford. The role will suit someone who wants to go into the office and be part of a physical team of people. They do 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week from home.
You will work in the customer success team, using your technical ability to make bespoke applications for customers, focusing on great UX and ultimately the best customer experience possible. You will work closely with product teams and development teams. You will act as an internal technical support and developer for a successful customer-focused team, ensuring that technical resources are allocated accordingly and that customers get the best from their platform.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Gathering requirements directly and as a support to the CX team
2. Creating bespoke applications for customers using your technical skills in SQL, HTML, and XML
3. Working closely with the dev and product teams
4. Testing configurations and bespoke applications made for customers according to requirements and specifications
5. Maintaining technical documentation for customers and maximum efficiency
Qualifications:
1. Very good SQL, HTML, and XML skills
2. CSS and JavaScript skills or knowledge
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Passionate member of a customer success team
5. Able to liaise with technical and non-technical members of staff
6. Technical documentation skills
7. Process modeling skills preferred
