Multi Skilled Plumber required to work with leading Housing Association maintenance division covering the Market Harborough and surrounding area. My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working multi trade plumber to carry out 2nd fix plumbing repairs and maintenance on domestic social housing properties across the Market Harborough & wider region. Work will include reactive and day to day plumbing repairs on tenanted & void empty properties. You must have a strong Plumbing background with the ability to carry out other basic trade repairs such as basic carpentry, basic plastering and any other associated trades. My client is looking for someone hard working and reliable, who takes pride in their work. This is a permanent position with a basic salary of upto £31808 out of hours and voluntary overtime. Experience of working for a Social Housing, housing association or council Associated trade skills of basic carpentry, plaster patching and wall tiling would also be desirable Full driving License As you will be working within Customer's homes this role requires a DBS check.
