Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Kirkwall, Orkney
Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week

Responsibilities:
1. Manage contracts from inception to completion ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
2. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and subcontractors.
3. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
4. Prepare and maintain contract documentation.
5. Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding contract-related matters.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of contract law and construction industry practices.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Relevant degree or professional qualification in law or construction management.
