The Role in a Nutshell

Our Services teams are always aiming to improve their service performance, to provide the best fitness experience anywhere.
We are looking for an energetic Service Sales Specialist who has the responsibility for service contract sales and remarketing within the country and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts and proposals.
In this position, you will have a crucial role in identifying opportunities for selling contracts and defining new service products.
What you will do
Description of the Role:
• To promote and sell service contract sales, remarketing sales & refurbished sales (PLM) in line with the agreed time parameters.
• To ensure customer satisfaction is always achieved.
Field sales (approx 75% of role):
• Manage Service Contract sales activities on equipment going out of warranty, previously lost contracts and with contracts due to expire.
• Attend internal/external sales meetings to promote our service products to customers.
• Oversee the lifecycle of service contracts from negotiation, cover and price and issue of contract through servicing to renewal stage.
• Attend customer meetings with equipment field sales teams to promote service contracts and help close sales on service products.
• Work directly with sales contracts teams to increase contracts coverage with profitability target.
• Analyse asset database to find new opportunities to promote and sell lifecycle management.
• Understand customer needs in the marketplace and competitor feedback into TG.
• Deliver service sales product training programs to the sales team.
• Working with sales teams to secure trade-in volumes for HQ – especially Key Accounts.
• Selling surplus stock and non-TG equipment to a network of preferred local traders, negotiating price and payment conditions.
Direct Sales Activity (approx 25% of role)
• Manage sales & opportunities through appropriate sales stages.
• Achieve sales, discounts and DSO targets (Cash-in) related to (re)new service contract business.
• Accountable for customer retention of existing service contracts.
• Responsible for the accuracy of the contract and equipment databases in the business systems, initiating actions to improve and maintain the data.
• Produce business & customer reports on all aspects of service contracts when required.
• Compilation and management of accurate management reports of the services sales pipeline; revenue, forecast, penetration, losses and gains.
• Produce management reports on all aspects of service sales when required.
What you will have

* 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
* Fluency in English
* Customer account management
* Negotiation techniques & commercially minded
* Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
* Knowledge of ERP systems and database functionalities
* Written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills
* Worked or working within sales/service-related business
* Knowledge of after-sales activities and warranty costs and relative management skills
* Knowledge of fitness, performance, health and product use
