Job Responsibilities
1. Motivate your team and provide each customer with a meaningful shopping experience.
2. Act as second-in-command, filling in for the Store Manager when necessary.
3. Drive store performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations.
4. Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust through positive feedback.
5. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and talented team.
6. Coach team members to enhance engagement and help them reach their full potential.
7. Support the Store Manager with daily business activities.
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or similar in retail or hospitality.
* Strong people management skills including communication, motivation, coaching, and inspiration.
* Experience in knowledge sharing to influence behavioral change and development.
* Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* High energy, humility, and a sense of humor.
* Ability to encourage others and achieve store goals in customer satisfaction and sales.
