Circa £55,000 - £60,000 d ependent on skills & experience Full time/37 hrs a week Location: Managing a programme across the Anglian region you will be working across a variety of sites and offices across the region. To be considered for this role you should currently be based in the region. Working within our Water business unit you will be accountable for leading the delivery of strategic programme objectives, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of capital investments across existing and new fluoridation assets. This role is therefore accountable for ensuring the development and delivery of projects and initiatives to agreed time, cost and quality. Anglian Water has a legal obligation to fluoridate water supplies in a number of geographical areas as mandated and governed by Department for Health & Social Care (DHSC). This is an undertaking of strategic importance due to the recognised dental benefits of correctly fluoridated water. This will include management and delivery of multiple projects across Water Supply and ensuring the objectives of these investments are met and benefits delivered. You will be the lead in reporting into governance groups (internal to AW) and importantly the DHSC (externally), ensuring that all programmes of work/efficiency targets are measured accordingly against targets in terms of cost, benefit, performance, efficiencies, delivery and timescales. This includes the project management expertise to be able to assess multiple opportunities, identify dependencies and generate appropriate programme of work. You will foster a close and collaborative relationship with DHSC as well as other water companies who undertake fluoridation to share best practice and learning as well as attend working group meetings to look for synergies that can be achieved by working with others.
