Description
Salary: Base Salary GBP24,000 with first-year on-target earnings of GBP27,000. UNCAPPED COMMISSION.
Location: This is an office role based in our Central Support Office in Liphook.
Working Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Success Representative to join our music team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with schools to promote our music education programs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for music education, and the ability to work collaboratively with school administrators and educators.
The Role
1. Engage in good quality conversations with decision makers and confidently articulate the benefits of our music lessons
2. Responsible for lead generation
3. Be accountable for your sales campaigns
4. Work as one of our 'School Champions' in the sales team
5. Collaborate closely with the office and out-of-office sales teams, including helping to schedule their time
