HEOR Associate Director - London - Global Bio-Pharmaceutical Location: Hybrid in London FTE: Full time Start date: ASAP Rate: Incredible above market rate Job Description Planet Pharma are working with a global biotechnology company focused on developing innovative oncology medicines. They specialise in creating treatments for cancer, with a strong emphasis on hematologic cancers and solid tumors. The client conducts extensive research and clinical trials to bring new therapies to market and improve patient outcomes. You will lead and manage health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) programs to ensure quality and time deliverables to support solid tumour portfolio. Generate and disseminate scientific evidence to support reimbursement submissions and commercialization in the EU and in key markets across LATAM, MENA, and Eastern Europe, and inform payers/patients/healthcare providers/policy-makers on the value propositions for our products. Accountabilities: Design and conduct HEOR/RWE studies to ensure timely quantitative understanding of the economic, humanistic, and clinical burden of disease, real-world unmet needs, and outcomes to support product launch and commercialisation. Develop the HEOR/RWE evidence generation plan and formulate recommended strategies in support of the product value proposition. Serve as project lead on HEOR/RWE research projects, authoring and reviewing protocols, reports, and other study documents with independent, critical thinking to ensure quality and completeness of output, overseeing timelines for deliverables associated with analysis, reporting, and publication. Localise HEOR tools and deliverables, including localisation of cost-effectiveness/budget impact models and dossiers. Stay abreast of trends in HEOR and RWE across Europe and key countries in the New Markets, proactively anticipating any risks or changes in strategy in collaboration with local teams. Collaborate and communicate with internal cross-functional partners (i.e., market access, commercial, medical, clinical development) and external KOLs. Represent the company at appropriate scientific, medical, and payer meetings. Manage external vendors across HEOR projects, using best efforts to complete work within the available budget. Requirements: Strong HEOR background and ability to design, plan, and conduct HEOR studies with hands-on experience with health economic models, real-world datasets, SLRs, ITCs, and outcomes research. Advanced degree in Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Pharmacoeconomics, Epidemiology, Health Services Research or related discipline is required (PhD, MS, MPH).
