Furniture Administration
(Requires weekend working on a rota basis)
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Furniture Administration team.
What you will be doing:
* Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
* Arranging customer deliveries.
* Processing customer payments.
* Checking and processing supplier acknowledgements and delivery notes.

* Customer-orientated individuals with an abundance of enthusiasm towards making our customers feel well supported.
* Someone who can hold high-quality interactions with confidence and with a clear, articulate communication style, in writing and over the phone.
