We were the first-ever London Borough of Culture, named MJ's Local Authority of the Year in 2019, and are home to a rich cultural heritage that includes William Morris and Alfred Hitchcock, alongside new creative talent. As one of the most diverse areas in the country, we’re leading ambitious regeneration efforts across London to improve the lives of our residents. Our ambition is clear: to make Waltham Forest a place where everyone can enjoy a high quality of life.
