Role purpose
onefinestay is seeking a strategic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to drive our digital acquisition efforts across paid search, social, display, and native advertising. This role will be responsible for managing agency partnerships, optimising performance, and ensuring our media investments deliver strong ROI—with a focus on increasing direct bookings and profitability.
Reporting to senior leadership, this person will play a key role in budget management, performance analysis, and growth strategy, helping expand our brand’s reach while optimising cost efficiencies. Additionally, this role will set the affiliate strategy to ensure alignment with broader paid media efforts.

An individual who can translate the world of media buying and performance channels to a wider stakeholder group. Setting out roadmaps and milestones to our plans, and supporting the best approach in measurement and reporting to showcase the positive work made to improve our results and growth levers.
An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. You will be working closely with many internal and external stakeholders, so having strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.
Experienced in managing budgets and pacing of spend effectively and efficiently, optimising media spreads cross-channel for best results. You will have the ability to spot positive trends and translate those insights into a convincing case for additional profitable spend.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or e-commerce is a distinct advantage.
Duties and responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Execution – 60%
1. Develop and execute a multi-channel, multi-language paid media strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Oversee agency performance across search, social, display, and native advertising to maximize ROI.
3. Continuously test and refine campaigns, creatives, and targeting to improve performance.
4. Work with our data team to ensure the business has the best possible view and understanding of the spend performance.
Budget & Performance Management – 30%
1. Own budget allocation across paid channels, ensuring efficient spend and cost control.
2. Monitor key performance metrics (ROI, CPA, LTV) and optimize investments accordingly.
3. Provide clear reporting and insights to stakeholders, leveraging analytics tools to measure success.
Affiliate Strategy Support – 10%
1. Provide expertise on affiliate marketing and set the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall acquisition goals.
2. Collaborate with the team leading affiliates to assess performance and identify opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
1. 5+ years experience in paid media, ideally in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce.
2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs.
3. Strong budget management skills and ability to optimize spend for efficiency and ROI.
4. Proficiency in performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Data Studio, etc.).
5. Experience advising on affiliate marketing is a plus but not a core requirement.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

4. Driving profitability in lead acquisition / driving lower customer acquisition costs over time.
