LOGISTICS ADMINISTRATOR
Salary: £25k-£30k DOE
Location: Walton on Thames
About the Role:
Our local client is looking for someone to join their busy and friendly Engineering team as a Logistics Administrator. Duties:
1. Ensure documents are accurately completed.
2. Responsible for regularly conducting inventory counts and verifying information.
3. Preparing logistics documents associated with exporting goods.
4. Provide administrative support to the business.
5. Provide support for customers.
6. Sales order processing in SAP.
7. Booking orders.
8. Confirming orders to customers.
9. Providing order details and stock information.
10. Checking product availabilities and delivery times.
11. Providing transport costs to clients.
12. Follow the complete order process through to on-time delivery to the customer.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Comfortable with main IT packages, including SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM (Salesforce).
