About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-prepared lessons and provide short-term cover for absent teaching staff. Support students to stay on task and encourage positive behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policies. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and progress. Support wider school activities, such as exam invigilation and student mentoring. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths. Experience: Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable. Attributes: Confidence in managing groups of students, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varying situations.
