Job Description
* Drive sales growth by effectively communicating product value to prospective customers.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Follow-up on aged and live quotations with intent to win and close
* Collaborate with the wider sales team and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery.
* Timely customer issue resolution closure and related customer communication
* Utilise customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular progress reports to management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Inside Sales representative should have:
* A strong customer focus, with commercial experience.
* Used to working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* A demonstrable understanding of customer relationship management strategies.
* Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
