We are looking for an office/project assistant to carry out general clerical duties and to help the project team to deliver electrical engineering solutions for our clients.

- This is a full-time permanent position. Working hours Mon – Fri 8.30am – 4.30pm. Head offices are based in Strathaven/East Kilbride.
- Salary £19,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

What we are looking for:
- You should be quick thinking, able to use initiative and be able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft office suite in particular Word, Excel and Outlook
- Punctuality and proactiveness are essential
- Experience working in an office environment is required although training will be provided
What the role involves:
- Office duties including reception, stock control of office supplies, procurement, record keeping, diary management
- Use of Xero accounting software to record, track and monitor purchase orders and invoices
- Working alongside project managers and engineers, performing tasks as requested
