A local authority based in South London is seeking an Employment Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Employment Lawyer will be required to possess significant employment experience ideally gained in the public sector. You will need to handle a full caseload of advice and ET claims of all types with minimal supervision. You will need to be an employment specialist as you will also cover unfair dismissal, discrimination and TUPE related matters. The caseload includes a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will need to hold a current practising certificate and be able to start on short notice. This is a hybrid working role so you will need to be able to attend the office weekly.
The client is looking for someone to start towards the end of November.
