Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Charter and Airline Sales to join our dynamic team. You'll drive sales growth by developing and managing relationships with independent tour operators, brokers and corporate clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the leisure travel industry, strong negotiation skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:
* Develop and execute sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and expand market share, especially in the Business Travel and MICE markets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with charter brokers, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage contracts in line with company policies.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, and provide performance updates.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
* Deputize for the GM – Charter & Airline Sales, including interaction at the director level as needed.
What you’ll have:
* Management experience, ideally with at least 5 years in sales within aviation, airline, travel management, or business travel industries.
* Strong understanding of charter operations, airline contracts, aviation market dynamics, and business travel needs, including the role of aviation in the MICE industry.
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong coaching, mentoring, and training skills to motivate and develop sales teams.
* Ability to set clear expectations, goals, and KPIs, and hold team members accountable.
* Strategic thinking, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
* Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
* Willingness and ability to travel as required.
