Key Responsibilities: Managing Existing Schemes – Address queries from members and HR teams, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure compliance with auto-enrolment regulations. Annual Reporting – Assist in compiling and delivering governance and annual review reports for designated clients. Client Onboarding & Scheme Updates – Aid in bringing new clients on board and facilitate scheme re-broking when needed. Client Relationship Management – Build and sustain positive relationships with client contacts. Daily Pension Scheme Administration – Oversee the administration of Group Personal Pension schemes efficiently. Record-Keeping & Compliance – Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records and procedural documentation. Industry Awareness – Stay informed about legislative changes and developments in the sector. Meeting Documentation – Take notes, transcribe meeting minutes, and prepare key documents, including agendas and minutes for review.
